A British film has picked up the top honour at the Science Fiction and Terror Film Week
The British film, ‘Lesbian Vampire Killers’, has won the public award for Best Film at the tenth edition of the Science Fiction and Terror Film Week in San Sebastián.
The film, directed by Phil Claydon, is not a horror movie as such, but tells the story of a village where all the girls turn into lesbians and vampires when they reach 18.
Best short at the festival was named as ‘Barbee Butcher’, a Czech/Dutch co-production from Sophie Lagües. It lasts a full 25 seconds.
