150 kilos of cannabis were found in the home of the fifth suspect

The Civil Guard investigation in Mijas implicating 4 local police for suspected drug dealing has made another haul of cannabis. 15 kilos of the drug were initially found in one of the patrol cars used by the local force and, now, it’s been revealed that another 150 kilos have been seized.

They were found in the home of the fifth suspect in the case, the only suspect who is not a member of the local force. His identity has not been released to the press, but he is believed to have been responsible for storing the network’s drugs, Diario Sur said.

The four officers were taken into custody while they were on duty on Saturday, and were seen being taken away in handcuffs near the Miramar complex in Mijas.
