smallerBy h.b. - Dec 1, 2009 - 6:27 PMIt happened on Tuesday morning in the Granada village of Freila, near BazaTwo workers from Castril in Granada, aged 39 and 42 were killed on Tuesday when the roof of a cave house collapsed on top of them.
It happened in the Barrio Nuevo area of Freila, Granada as they were working in the cave, according to reports from the Guardia Civil.
Reports say the two men were laying concrete in the cave when the accident happened, and the Guardia Civil have now launched a full investigation.
By the time the fire service and rescue squad arrived at the scene all that could be done was to bring out the bodies of the two men.
