The changes come into effect in the second week of FebruaryThe LFP, Professional Football League has said yes to more matches being played on Mondays and Fridays, in agreement with the Spanish Football Federation RFEF.
Under the deal there will be Primera Liga matches on Mondays and Second Division games on Fridays, and the changes will be introduced as early as the second week of February.
There was only one vote against the plan in the LFP on Tuesday.
