We've only just caught up with this wonderful event held in the Valencia Central Market last November.

An ordinary day shopping changes when music is suddenly heard and some of the market stall holders start to burst into song.
Verdi's La Traviata rings out to the surprise of the shoppers who can't quite work out what is going on.

Add a little cava and the magic is created...
