600 pharmacies in Cataluña are taking part in an initiative to promote the use of the condom.

An advertising campaign is directed at 14 to 29 year olds, and sees half price condoms at 1€50 a box of three. The campaign slogan will be ‘Don’t play with your future!’ and 60,000 boxes are available at the discounted price.

There is concern in the region at an increasing number of teenage pregnancies.
