Barcelona man sent to prison after forcing his wife to perform fellatio on the family dog

The Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence from the Barcelona Court of two years eight months in prison

The Spanish Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence, handed down by the Barcelona Provincial Court in July 2009, on a man, named with the initials J.C.F., of two years and eight months in prison for obliging his wife to perform oral sex on the family dog.

The husband made the demands of her several times after he had sex with her first, demands to which she gave in.

He was found guilty of a crime of acting against her moral integrity, and the court heard how he had threatened to kill, not only her, but also her uncles, when she finally refused to meet his wishes.

The judge commented that it was difficult to imagine a more degrading and humiliating act for a person to be forced to do.
