Increasing cloud across the country

We are looking at a cloudy day across all the country today, with the exception of the Canary Islands where the sun will be shining.
Gale force southerly winds forecast on the Galician and Cantabrian coasts and on high ground in the NE of the country where it will be cloudy and some light to moderate rain is expected.
High cloud in the south and east of the country, less so the further south and east you go.
Levante winds in the Strait and along the Andalucia coast. Elsewhere on the mainland and on the Baleares winds will be southerly moderate at times.

Overcast conditions across the country with the chance of a shower continuing into the weekend. More likely to rain on the holiday costas on Sunday
