After the oral statements in the case the prosecutor is demanding a two year prison sentence for a man who is accused of breaking into his ex’s house and putting holes in her condoms with a pin.

The man denies the accusation, describing it as shameful, while the woman says he has broken into the house on more than four occasions. The man says that she has invented the story to do him damage, describing her as a compulsive liar. The woman says she feels besieged and humiliated, claiming that underwear and some photos are also missing.

A neighbour confirmed to the court the woman’s version of the story, as did a regional Mossos d’Esquadra policeman.
Now it will be jury which will decide if the man is guilty on a charge of continued burglary.
