There is some improvement in the summer storms which hit the north of the country yesterday, with this morning AEMET keeping the provinces of Teruel, Zaragoza and Huesca on yellow alert for storms.

The Spanish Meteorological Agency today splits the country into east and west, with the east of the mainland seeing summer storms and rain, although the Baleares should escape them.
The west and Andalucía will be generally sunny today, with cloud forming over the mountains inland later in the day.
Again it will be cloudy on the north of the Canaries were light showers are possible.

Winds moderate NE with strong intervals on the Canaries.
NW moderate in the NE of GIrona and moderate NE on the Baleares.
NW winds in the Valle de Ebro and W or NW
