There are Spanish Meteorological Agency yellow alerts for rough seas in the Strait and off the Girona coast today. Very strong levante winds forecast for the Strait.

Some cloudy intervals on the Baleares today with the chance of a light occasional shower, but less so as the day goes on.
Elsewhere on the mainland it will generally be clear with long sunny periods, with just some cloudy intervals in the area of Strait, east of Cataluña and Melilla. There could be some high cloud elsewhere.
Cloudy on the north of the Canaries.

Moderate levante winds along the Andalucian coast, with strong or very strong winds in the Strait.
Northerly moderate winds on the Canaries and Menorca, and moderate to strong winds along the Catalan coast.
