The Government Delegate in Andalucia has rejected the proposals despite the wishes of local businessmen
The Association of Businessmen and Professionals in Marbella (CIT) have voiced their discontent following the rejection of plans to install video cameras in the streets of Puerto Banus.
The video plans were rejected by the Government Delegate in Andalucía, Juan José López Garzón who has also passed the matter on to the Andalucian High Court.
The CIT say they will make modifications to the video plans and then submit them again.
