German co-pilot dies in the Cataluña rally

Jorg Bastuck was hit by another car

The 36 year old German co-pilot of one of the entries into the Cataluña Rally, Jorg Bastuck, has died in hospital in Tarragona today after being run over by another one of the cars taking part in the race.

It happened in the junior category of the race on a curve in El Montmell in the second section of the race.
