The person concerned fronted two businesses for Juan Antonio Roca in Murcia
Another person has been ordered to prison without bail today by the investigating judge, Juan Antonio Torres, in the Malaya case, taking the total number of people affected to 25.
The latest made his own way to the court on Monday, after hearing that he was wanted. He is a 29 year old businessman from a real estate business in Murcia, who is thought to be the front man for two companies set up by the man alleged to be at the centre of the corruption, Juan Antonio Roca.
Police vets have today been inspecting the condition of the 103 thoroughbred horses held on one of the properties linked to the case. If they are considered to be in a good condition they could find themselves being trained to help horseback police across Spain.
Marbella Town Council met today for under two minutes. Under the direction of the acting mayor, Tomás Reñones, the chamber approved the minutes of the previous meeting, thus leaving matters clear for the new committee to take control of the town hall from this Friday.
