It's the third union blocked by Laura Alabau

The Judge in Denia, Laura Alabau, who looks after the Civil Registry in the town, yesterday for the third time blocked a gay marriage between foreign residents of Spain, claiming that in their countries of origin such a union would not be recognised.

It comes despite two orders against her from the central registry in Madrid saying that gay weddings between immigrants can take place.

The judge has previous stopped two gay weddings, claiming that the court is too busy.

Then if she is incapable of following the law herself perhaps she should be working in a restaurant serving meals or some other work.

If she was working in a restaurant she'd invent some excuse to not serve those she perceived as being gay. I've seen this all before.
