Three of the five young girls aged 14 and 15 who went on the run from a children’s centre in Córdoba have been found in Granada.

They were in the family home of one of the three, having left the centre on Sunday complaining of ill-treatment there.
The whereabouts of the two remaining girls is unknown.

The five, Estefanía, Mónica, Piedad, Noelia y María Ángeles- left the Arco Iris Children Centre on Sunday, after playing an official complaint to the Palma del Río Guardia Civil claiming that they had been ill-treated at the centre where they are in the care of the Junta de Andalucía.

They claimed that they had suffered injuries and now an investigation has been opened into their allegations.
