Woman found dead at mouth of Segura River said to be a prostitute from Albania

The woman who was found dead at the mouth of the Segura River in Guardamar del Segura on Monday is reported by the Alicante edition of La Verdad newspaper as a 32 year old prostitute from Albania who may have been with a client when she died. An autopsy has failed to determine the cause of death, and toxicology tests will now take place to establish if she had taken any drugs or medicaments. There were no visible signs of violence on her naked body.

The Civil Guard are now looking for the owner of the Austrian-registered van found bogged down in the sand nearby, who may have been the last person to see her alive and her last client.
