Four arrested for San Javier shooting

Four people are in custody for a shooting in a house in Santiago de la Ribera, in San Javier, on Tuesday night where a 42 year old man was seriously injured. 20 minutos reports that the gunmen burst into the house on Calle Pinto at around 11.30 pm, and opened fire on the victim, shooting him in the neck, abdomen, and a leg.

His wife and children were in the house at the time, and the newspaper said the suspects were later identified by the wife. The fact that they left the weapon behind at the scene of the crime is also understood to have helped the Civil Guard in their enquiries.
