A dozen low powered, home made, explosive devices have been found left in Elda in areas which are known for the sale of illegal drugs. A dozen or so devices have exploded over the past month in four buildings and leisure centres in the town, the last one in the early hours of Monday in a central pub in the town.
Police think it is a single person acting as a vigilante against drug trafficking. As yet noone has been hurt by the devices and little material damage has been done.
