Cudeca Walkathon 2008

• Cudeca is organising this year’s Walkathon on Sunday 11th May 2008. The objective is for participants to raise funds via individual sponsorship, by encouraging friends to give an amount for every kilometre walked. This year, the funds raised will be especially destined to SAVE THE IN-PATIENT UNIT.

• The Walkathon will be held on the beach of Sunset Beach Hotel promenade and the Benalmádena promenade, offering participants three routes to choose from: a 10km walk for the fittest participants, a 5km walk for those who like to stroll, and a 2km route especially adapted for wheelchair access. The registration form is available from the Hospice Centre, any of our 12 charity shops and many other locations along the coast.

• Minimum donation adults: 10 euros pre-payment at any branch of Cajasol Bank, account number 2098 0260 02 0372009241. If you prefer you can sign up on the day for 12€ at the Cudeca registration tables, 6€ for children.

• You could also show your support on 11th May by encouraging families and friends to donate to this cause. We are counting on your help by spreading the word of this enjoyable event !

• Walk and enjoy a heartfelt, fun packed day in an atmosphere of live music, international food, BBQ, activities for kids, natural therapies, craft market, super-raffle, competitions and more…

• There will be Free Walkathon T-shirt, raffle ticket and drink for every participant as gratification for your support. Special prizes for top fundraisers and biggest team of participants.
