Couple arrested for the murder of their landlord

A married couple have been arrested by the Civil Guard in Alfarnatejo who are suspected of murdering their landlord.

Their landlord’s burnt body was discovered inside his car on 25th December. He also appeared to have been beaten.

Witnesses say that the married couple, a German man and a Spanish woman, had argued with their landlord, who was also German, just hours before his body was discovered.
