Employees admit trying to extort money from Alejandro Sanz

Two ex employees of Spanish singer, Alejandro Sanz, have now pleaded guilty to an attempt to extort money from the superstar.
The Cuban American Carlos González and his Colombian wife, Sylvia Helena Alzate, had tried to obtain 500,000 dollars by threatening to reveal aspects of the singer’s personal life.
The couple were employed by Sanz at his house in Miami Beach, and the case would have reached court there this Monday had not the couple now pleaded guilty as charged.
Last week the judge, Israel Reyes, said that he would order the arrest of the singer if he refused to come to testify in the case
