The Civil Guard have arrested 19 Romanians, 17 men and two women, who formed part of an organised gang which stole from shops, bars and restaurants across the Spanish provinces of Guadalajara, Toledo, Madrid and Teruel.
The Civil Guard started their investigations in January following the burglary of one establishment in Sigüenza, Guadalajara, and finally completed the operation with the impounding of 18 top of the range vehicles, many of the stolen items, a large amount of cash and computer and other material.
