The Guardia Civil have detained a Rumanian man accused of illegal kidnapping used in the Penal Code in the case of kidnapping, causing injuries, illicit possession or firearms and crime against public health. The facts happened last Friday in a rented house in Los Alminares in Salobreña close to the beach.

The 44 year old fugitive is accused of raping his two under age step sisters as many as 18 times. Also one of his rapes led to one of the victims having to have an abortion. He started abusing girls when he was 16.

The ‘Spanish brand’ is moving in a good direction, but not enough – although our nation is not anymore identified with the crisis, and even if Germany, France and the US have more urban development, Spain’s democratic qualities, the Spaniards capacity for work are all getting firmer.

ANAR has halted 64% more attempted suicides or self harming in 2016

The number of calls was up by 61.6 and the number cases treated rose by 64.4% - of the calls reporting fears (429) and those of attempted suicide (198), 441 were women and 186 men; 43 were under 10 (6.8%), and regarding adolescents’ calls (531) 447 were from girls and 84 boys, 15 of which were under 10.

The National Police have detained in Lanzarote a 49 year old British man, without a criminal record, as the presumed author of the crime against social security reaching 336,197 € for more than 100 non-declared workers. Two other suspects have also been detained related to the facts.
