The mansion has been in the news recently with the revelation that the King gave the Infanta 1.2 million € to help buy the building in 2004.
The real estate agency described the building as, ‘A luxury villa in the most prestigious zone of Barcelona with a built area of approximately 1000 square metres and with 2,200 square metres of land. They add the location is ‘quiet and exclusive’ and awards the maximum confidentiality.
The sale of the house comes after the couple announced a temporary separation. The Infanta has got a job in Geneva where she is going to live with her four children, while Urdangarín is staying in Barcelona where, as being at the centre of the Nóos case he is waiting for the judicial process to begin.
